Upon reading of the humble peticon & appeal of
[..] the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Goldington in the County of Bedford [..]
exhited unto this Court thereby shewing that by warrt or [..]
Order date the eight & twentieth day of June last
under the hands & wals of Robert Wallis< no role > & Thomas
Butcher
< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of th [..]
peace for this County of Middlx & Liberty of Westmr (quort unus)
wherebyone [..] Mary Watts< no role > wife of Thomas
Watts
< no role > was removed from the parish of St Margar [..]
Westminster in the sd County of Middlx to the
said parish of Goldington asthe place of her last
legall settlement and that peticoners conceived
themselves agreived by the said order of the said two Justices
and appealed to this Court against the same and
that [..] they cure ignorant of the Sessions

begining here this week and therefore did not appeal soe soome as they ought to have
done and the peticoners praying this Court would be pleased to same to them the
himself of their said appeal untill the next Sessions Itt istherefore
thought fitt & ordered by this Court that the [..] benifitt of the said appeal
be saved to the said Appeallants and that the hearing and determinacon
thereof be adjorned to the Second day of the next Genrall quarter Sessions
of the peace to be held for this County being Monday the 13th day of October next
att tenn of the clock in the forenoonatt which him and placeand that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the paid parish of St Margarets Westmr & all
other persons concerned doe them attend [..] to hear & abide the
Judgment & determinacon of the Justices of the peace of this County that will
be then prsent upon & touching the said appeal
