The Humble Peticon to Appeal of the Church-
-wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Giles in the fields in the sd. County of [..]
Middx.

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands & Seales of John Fuller< no role >
Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for
the sd County of Middx (Quor unus) Elizabeth the wife of
Humphrey Hamilton< no role > and her three children (vizt) Mary< no role > aged
about thirteen yeares, William< no role > aged about Seven yeares, &
Jane< no role > aged One year to upwards were by the sd Order (bearing
Date the fifteenth day of Novembr. last past ) removed for
the parish of St. James Clerkenwell in the said County
of Middx to the said Parish of St. Giles in the fields as the
place of their last legall Settlement

Yor. Petrs. thinking themselves aggrieved by the Judgmt [..]
of the sd Justices humbly appeale there from & pray that [..]
this Court will be pleased to order the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell to attend this Court some Day this
Sessions to hear & abide the Judgmt. & Determinacon
of this Court touching this Appeale
