That your Petrs: said Husband frequently haveing boat
and abused her in a cruell and barbarous manner
and having made away with all her Goods &
turned her out of doors and refusing to allow her
any Mainteynance your Peticoner made her
application to the Worshippfull Justices Cragg
[..] refused before whome yor Petitrs stands
bound his appearance in this Court this Sessions to
answer the aforesaid Complaints.
That yor Petitr: by reason of the aforesaid Crulties
of her Husband is rendred uncapable of doing
anything towards her Subsistence And forasmuch
as her said Husband being a taxable of providing
for her
Yor Petitr: therefore humbly prays
this Court will be pleased to order
her said Husband to allow her such
a Mainteynance As to this Court,
shall seems Meete.
And Yor: Petitr: shall Ever pray Etc.
