County of Middlsex Scrivener maketh Oath That he this Dept
did on Tuesday last by the Information & Instructions of John
Barker< no role > of the parish of St Pancras in the County of Middx
Yeoman draw up a Draught of An affidavit which this Dept
Read unto him the Said John Barker< no role > before it was Engrossed
And after the said affidavit was soe Engrosed he this Deponent
read the same affidavit Verbatim and distinctly againe to him
the Said John Barker< no role > in presence of James Kendrick< no role > and Two
other persons who were actualy present when the Said affidavit [..]
both drawn & Engrosed and Twine read to line the said John
Barker before he signed the Same And this Dept further
Sayeth that he the said Dept went along witt him the said
[..] Barker to Sweare to the said affidavit before Sr
Thomas Geary< no role > Master in Chanvery , who actualy before
Swearing thereof askd him the said John Barker whether
the said affidavit was read to him before he signed the same
to wd the said John Barker made answer that it was
and was aprized of the Contents therefore words to that
