These are to Certifie that John Musgrove< no role > was brought into Custody of
the Keeper of his Majties Goale for the County of surry the 28th: of August
last by Virtue of a Warrt: Dav 30 o: July and retornable in his said Majties
Court of Comon plead at westmr: from the day of St Michaell in three
weeks to answer Richard Lightwood< no role > in plea of Trespass and alsoe in a
certain plea & Assault to the damage of thosd Richard Lightwood one
Hundred pounds and that the said John Musgrove< no role > is now in Custody
by Virtue of the said Warrt: Witness may hand this 21st: September 1717
