The humble peticon and appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St: Mary White Chappell in
the said County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and
Seals of Samuel Jones< no role > and Eward Johnson< no role > Esqrs : two
of his Maties Justices of the peace for said County (Quor
unus) bearing date the 5th: day of this instant January one
Christian Hill< no role > was removed from the Hamblett of Ratcliff
in the parish of Stepney in this County to the sd parish
of St: Mary White Chappell as to the place of her last
legall Settlement

That your petrs: think themselves agreived
by the said Order and humbly appeale to this
County agt: the same

And pray that your Worships would
be pleased to Order the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the said
hamblett of Ratcliff to attend this
Court Some day this Quarters Sessions
to hear and abide the Judgement and
determinacon of this Court touching
the said Appeal
