To the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of he parish of St Georgy
without Cripplegate in the County of Middx and to the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden in
the said County and to every of them and to all others whome
these may Concerne.

Whereas it Appeareth unto us whose hands and Seales are hereunto
Sett two of his Majties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (Quor un)
by the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of Yor. parish
of St. Giles wth: out Cripplegate in the Said County the George Green< no role > lately
came And Intruded into the Said Parish Endeavouring to gain a
Settlement There Contrary to Law and is likely to become a Great Charge
to the Said Parish (if not Speedily prevented) and whereas upon the
Examinacon of the Said George Green Taken upon Oath it Appeares
unto us that the Said George Green was Last Legally Settled in the parish of
St. Pauls Covent Garden and that he hath not Since Obtain'd any Legall
Settlement elsewhere. therefore we the Said Justices upon the proof aforesd:
and other Circumstances do Addjudge and Deem the place of the last legall
Settlement of the said George Green to be in the Said Parish of Stt. Paul
Covent Garden and Whither he ought by Law to be Sent

These are therefore in his Majties name Strickly to
Charge and Comand you and every of you forthwith upon Sight hereof to
remove and Convey the Said George Green< no role > from and out of the Said Parish of St:
Giles wth: out Cripplegate in and to the Said Parish of St: Paul Covent
Garden and Deliver him (togeather wth: this precept) to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor there or to some or one of them who are hereby
required to receive and provide for him According to Law. hereof Paul
not at Yor. Perills Given under our hands and Seales this 14: day of Decemr:
in the Third year of the reigne of King George over Great Britain Etca:
