Whereof two are dead & the other two are provided-
for by Fran the sd. Francis parents their Father, And
that about five yeares after such marriage the sd
Francis Parents went away from his sd wife and
afterwds. marryed to another woman with whom he
hath lived in & abt. London ever since & never was
out of the Kingdom of England since his sd first marriage
and hath not returned to his first wife Elizabeth
nor did they see each other till this twelfth day of
January instant , And that the sd Elizabeth being
informed her sd. husband was dead about six yeares
after he had left her marryed one Richd. Donne< no role > -
who lived wth the sd Elizabeth as his wife in the-
parish of St. Mary Overs in the County of Surry about
twelve yeares being to the time of his [..] death wch.
happened about nine Months since, in which time
she had eight children by the sd Dame who were
all borne & baptized in the sd parish as the children
of the sd. Donne & went by his name, And that five
of those eight children are dead & the surviveing
three children are the sd. Edwd< no role > Elizabeth &< no role > Margaret < no role > thosethat were removed by
vertue of the sd. Order from the sd parish of St. Andrew
Holburn to above barrs to the sd parish of st Bridgitt
als Brides as aforesaid, And upon debate of the matter.

in queen & hearing of what was alledged on both sides
This Court is of opinion that the sd. Elizabeth the Mother
& her said three children (vizt.) Edward elizabeth &
Margaret are [..] legally settled in the sd. parish of st.-
Bridgett als Brides London, the settlemt. of the sd. Francis
parents her first husband being in that parish, And doth-
thereupon dismiss the said appeale, and doth ratify and
confirm the aforesaid Order of the sd. two Justices of the
peace, and doth require the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the sd parish of St. Bridgett als Brides &
all persons concerned to yeild due obedience thereunto,
