The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr
in the said County.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seales of John Milner< no role > & John Richardson< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the
Peace of & for the said County [..] of Middx bearing Date
the 25th. Day of January last past, Mary Hardy< no role > Wido .
of George Hardy< no role > Dead was removed from and out of the [..]
Parish of St. Giles in the Feilds in the County aforesaid to
the said Parish of St. Margaret Westminster as the place of her
Lawfull Settlement.

That Your Petrs. thinking themselves Agreived [..]
the [..] Judgment of the said two Justices humble
Appeal to your Worships against the Same.

Therefore humbly pray yor. Worsps. would
be pleased to Order that the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Giles in the Feilds in this County
Attend this Court Some Day this Quarter
Sessions to hear and abide the final
Determinacon of this Court touching
this Appeal
