To the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St Anns
And to the Church Wardens & Over
seers of the poor of the parish
of St James's in the Liberty aforesd

Whereas Complaint hath this day been made unto us
his Maties Justices of the peace of the City and Libty
of Westmr . aforesd (Quor un) whose Names are Subscribed
by the Chuchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the sd parish of St Anns That Anne Graham< no role >
wife of Jno Graham< no role > is lately come into their sd
parish not having gained Any Legall Settlemt there
according to ye law in that case made and provided
nor produced a certificate to them owning her to
be settled Else where And that Shee the sd Anne
Graham
< no role > is Likely to become chargeable to ye sd
parish of St Anns Wee upon the Examination
thereof And the sd Ann Graham< no role > [..]
doe adjudg the same to be true And that the last place
of her Legall settlemt. was at ye parish of St James's
in the Liberty of Westmr aforesd

These are therefore in his Maties Name to requir you
the sd Churchwardens of the sd parish of St Anns to
remove the sd Ann Graham< no role > from ye sd parish of St Anns
And Convey her to ye sd Parish of St James's Westmr
requiring also ye sd Churchwardens & Overseers of the
sd Parish of St James's to receive and provide for her
as an inhabitant Legally settled in the thises sd parish
Given under our hands & Seals this wth 7 day of
Febry Anno Dmi 1714.
