Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of His Maties
Justices of the peace for the County of Midd (Quor unus) by the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of St
Giles in the Fields in the said County That Mary Hardy< no role >
widow of George Hardy< no role > Deced is lately come into the said
parish endeavouring to settle herself there contrary to
Law And it appeareth unto us the said Justices that she is
likely to become chargeable to the said parish and
whereas upon Examination of the said Mary Hardy< no role >
taken upon Oath it farther appeareth unto us & weeds
adjudge that the parish of St: Margaret Westmr : in
the said County is the place of the last legall Settlement
of the said Mary Hardy< no role > And Do therefore in his Maties
name charge & command the Churchwardens & overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Giles in the Fields
forthwth. to remove & convey the sd: Mary Hardy< no role > from
the said parish of St: Giles in the Fields to the sd: Parish
of St: Margaret Westmr : & deliver her to the Church
wardens & Overseers of the poor there or to remove [..]
them who are hereby required to receive her into their
Caro & to provide for her according to Law Given under
our Hands & Seals the 25th: Day of January Anns Dom
