This Cort being informed that Jer: Boreman< no role > late Governor

& Keeper of the house of Correccon at Clerkenwell
Doth not think fit to pceed to the eleccon of a new Governor. & Keep
of the sd house of Correccon untill the next Generall Qur. Sess. of the
peace to be held for this County of Hicks hall aforesd to the odd all
in this County is lately deadand, that there are severll
his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County may have notice of the
death of the sd Jer: Boreman< no role > & then pceed to the choice of a new
Governrs. & Keeper of the sd. house of Correccon But in regard there are
Soverll. Convicts & other prisoners now remaining in the sd

prison wch. make it requisite for this Count to take speedy
for their safe custody & of such other prisonrs. as shall be
comitted to the Keep of the sd house of Corr for the time being
care that a Governor. & Keeper of the sd. house of Corr
be forthwith appted. to take care of the sd. prisoners
Untill the next Generall Qur. Sess: of the peace to be
held for this County, at wch. time all hehis Maties. Justices
of the peace for the sd County are to be summoned for
the choice of a new Governor. & Keeper of the sd. house of
Correccon His Maties. Justices of peace assembled at
It is thought fit & Ordered by this Cort that
this prsent Generall Qur. Sess: of the peace for this
County Doe nominate & appoint Giles Quinny< no role > of the
parish of St. Ann Westmr . in the sd County Gentl to be
& he is hereby appointed Governrs. & Keeper of the sd. house of Corrceccon ,and to
receive all fees & squisites due & of right belonging
to him,dureing the plessure of the sd Justices of the peace or this, [..] for this County
