County of Middlesex maketh Oath, that whereas Sarah Brown< no role > widdow near Ratcliff
Cross aforesd Stand Indicted & as this Depont. is informed is bound by Recognizance to appr
and traverse the sd Indictmt. this present Sessions of the Peace held for the Sd County of
Middlesex the this Depont. maketh Oath That the said Sarah Brown< no role > is very ill and
much indisposed and now is confined to her bed in soe much that she is not able (as she
informes this Depont.) to make her appearance at this present Sessions, and that she now labes
Severall medicines and things for the recovery of her health as she is advised and that she
this Depont. at the sd Mrs. Browns reguest is assistant to her & hath taken fare of the
mannagemt. of the affaires in her house for the space of a fortnight and upwards
