on the try all of an Indictment preferred against him this dept the
last Sessions at Hicks Hall for an assault who this
dept hath diligently enquires after at their last
place of aboad for to sab pena them to attend
this sessions & to give evidence for him on the
try all but neither of them are to be found so
as to have them present at this Sessions & wthout
whose evidence as this depont is advised he cannot
proceed to try all
