Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us
two of her Majtees Justices of ye Peace for
this County of Middx (Quorun Unus Etc) by
the Church Wardens & Overseers of ye Poor of the parish of
Heston in this County of Midds, yt Henry
Hodges

Intruded into ye Said Parish of Heston
Endeavoring be Settle Chur & be become
chargeable be ye Said parish of Heston .
And Whereas upon Examination of the
prmesses upon Oath It appeareth unto us
ye Said Justices yt ye Said Henry Hodges< no role >
was born no the parish of Langley
in the County of Bucks . & yt he ye Said
Henry Hodges< no role > hath Acquired no legal
Settlemt. Since his Birth els where to
yt ye parish of Langley aforesaid is ye
Legal place of Settlemt, to her byLaw
her ought to be Sent. And Her Do
accordingly So adjudge
