Whereas upon Oath made before me one of
her Majties Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx aforesaid by Elizth: Holmes.< no role > Late
Servt . to attr. Steich in Bedford Street Covent
garden but now resideing
within to Pish of Isleworth in the said
County, That the Cast place of her abode
whereby to require a Legal Settlement was in
the said Parish of Covent Garden And
Whereas Shee the said Elizth. Holmes< no role > is become
Chargeale to the said Pish of Isleworth by
reason of her Lameness .

Rich Harnage< no role >

These are therefore in her Majties: name Strictly to Charge and
Comand you & every of Yon forthwith upon Sight hereof
to Remove & Com the said Elizth. Holmes< no role > from the
said pish of Isleworth to the said Pish of Covent Garden
in the said County of Middx & Deliver her to the Churchwardens.
& Overseers of the por there, who are hereby required to
Provide for her as the Law Directs, here of neither you nor
they may fail given under my hand Seal this Two and
Twentyth day of June Anno Dm 1714 . And in the
Thirteenth Year od the Reign of one Sovereign Lady Anne
by the Grace of Go [..] Queen of Great Brittain Etc.

To the Churchwardens. Overseers of Poor of the
Pish of Isleworth abovesaid.

And to the Churchwardns. & Overseers of the Poor of
ye Parish of Covent Garden - the County of
Middx aforesaid. And all others them it doth or
