Peace of the County of Midd assembled in their
Genall Quarter Sessions

The humble Peticon of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St Giles in the Fields in
the said County

Sheweth

That Richard Paxton< no role > Son of Cornelius Paxton< no role > Deced hath been chargeable
to the said parish for these [..] months last past

That Evan Williams< no role > Blacksmith inhiting in the parish of St
James in the Libty of Westmr . in this County Grandfather to the said
Richard Paxton< no role > by the mothers Side is a person of Sufficient Ability
& ought to releive & maintain the said Richard Paxton< no role > as your
Peticonrs: humbly conceive

Yor. Peticonr: therefore humbly pray that the said
Evan Williams< no role > may be Ordered to attend this Court
some Day this Sessions to shew cause why he should
not take care to releive & maintain the said Richard
Paxton
