one of them of the Quor, bearing late the twenty
fifth day of October last, whereby John Harding< no role >
a
child of seven yeares old was conveyed from the
parish of Hornsey

St. Giles in the feilds
to be provided for as an
Inhabitant thereof, And upon reading the aforesaid
Order of the sd. two Justices of the peace, and on hearing of
what was alledged by Mr. Darnall of Councell for the
Inhabitants of the sd. parish of St. Giles in the feilds & alsoe
by [..] Mr. Harwell of Councell for the Inhabitants
of the sd. parish of Hornsey This Court is of opinion
that the sd. Order is defective & insufficient in law, and
doth thereforequason mocon of the sd. Mr. Harwell
quash & vacate the same, And doth further Order that the
Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish of St. Giles in the
feilds
doe forthwith remove & convey the sd. John Harding
from their sd parish to the sd. parish of Hornsey and
deliver him to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the sd. parish of Hornsey
on to some or one of them
with a coppy of this Order who are hereby required to
