The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the Church wardens & Overseers
the Poor of the parish of St Giles in the Fields in the said County

Sheweth


That on the twenty Seventh day of October last John Harding< no role > a third aged Seve [..]
years was passed from the parish of Hornsey in the said County to the said parish
of St. Giles in the Fields by Warrant under the hands & Seals of Sd. Edward Gould< no role > Knt &
Alexander Ward< no role > Esqr two of Maties: Justices of the Peace for the said County (Quor
unus) as the place of the last legall Settlement of the Said John Harding

Your Peticonrs: thinke themselves aggrieved wth the Judgement of the Said
two Justices to Appeal to this Worpll: Bench and humbly pray the prmises
considered that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of Hornsey & all other parties concerned herein may be Ordered to attend
this Court Some day this Sessions to hear & abide the Judgement and
Determinacon of this Court touching this Appeal
