parish of Christ Church London

Sheweth

That by Warrant dated the Three & Twentieth day of May last
under the hands & seales of Ra: Bucknall< no role > & Richd. Dyot< no role >
Esqr two of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Midds (quor unus) John Howell< no role > & Margeret< no role > his wife were
lately removed from the parish of St. Gyles in the Feilds in the
Said County to the Said parish of Christ Church London as the
place of there last legall settlemt.

That yor. petr. funds themselves agrived by the Said
Order of removeall & humbly Appeale against the Same And pray
that this Court coned please to appoint a day this prsent, Sessions for
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore of the Said parish of
St. Gyles in the Feilds & all other parties concerned to attend
this Court to hear & abide the Judgmt. & determinacon there of
upon & touching the said Appeale & that yor. petrs. may be releived
herein

And yor. petrs. shall pray Etc
