Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of her
Majties. Justices of the peace of the sayd County (Quoram unus) by
is on the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. Andrew Holborne in the sayd County that Sarah Walmsley< no role >
lately came into the sayd pish endeavouring to Settle her Selfe there
without giveing Notice in was being according to the statute in that
Case made and provided; And that she the sayd Sarah Walmsley< no role > is
already become Chargeable to the sayd Parish, And Whereas upon
Examinacon touching the premisses taken upon Oath We the sayd
Justices doe Adjudge that the sayd Sarah Walmsley< no role > was last legally
settled in Mint Street in the parish of St: Georges Southwark in
the County of Surry where she lived with her Husband Charles.

Seward where he payd to the poore there and all other parish
taxes as was then demands in which sayd house her sayd Husband
Dyed and was Burned at the parish Church of St. Georges Southwark
aforesayd; where she Continued some time after; And that Since
her sayd Husbands Death was no where a tired yearly servent
nor never was Maryed nor never Rented a house of Tenn pounds
[..] Annum nor Ever since payd any parish taxes but in the parish
[..] of St. George's Southwark aforesayd; In which sayd parish
of St. George's Southwark wee the sayd Justices doe ajudge the
the Legall settlement [..]

These are therefore in her Majties. name to will and require on
upon sight hereof to remove and Convey the Said Sarah Walmsley< no role >
from the sayd parish of St. Andrew Holborne in the said County
To the parish of St. Georges Southwark aforesd. in the County of
of Surry and deliver her unto the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poore there; who are hereby required to provide for
[..] her according to Law. given under our hands & seales
this Sixth day of June Anne Dui 1709.
