At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the
Session House for the said County (by adjournment) on
Thursday the Fifteenth day of September in the Thirty
First year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain Etc . Before William

His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County in this present
Session assembled Do Unanimously Reeled William Mainwaring< no role > Esqr Chairman
Chairman of the General and General Quarter Sessions of the Peace and Sessions of
Oyer and Terminer for this County for and during the half Year now next
ensuing.

By Adjournment same day.

It being Represented to this Court that Mr Thomas Reynolds< no role > late
Surveyor of the District of Saint Mary Islington and Saint Sepulchre without
under the Act of Parliament for the further and better Regulation of Buildings
and Parby Walls< no role > Etc was Dead, and the Appointment of a Person to Execute that
Office being in His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County Resolved that
the Election of a proper Person to succeed to the said vacant Office of Surveyor
be held on the County day of the next Session and that the said Election be by
Ballot.
