aforesaid to the High Constables of the Hundred Division
or District in which
such Town Parish and Place so assessed doth lie he is by the said Act of
Parliament empowered and is hereby required to levy the same by Distress
and Sale of the Goods and Chattels of such Churchwardens ChapelWardens or
Overseers of the Poor
or any of them so refusing or neglecting to pay the
same as aforesaid by Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two or more
Justices of the Peace
of the said County residing in or near such Town
Parish or Place rendering the overplus (of any there be) after deducting the
Money assessed and the Charges of the Distress and Sale to the Owner or
Owners thereof and the High Constables Churchwardens Chapelwardens and
Overseers of the Poor
in the said County are not to fail of performing the
matters and things abovementioned enjoined them by this Order in
pursuance of the said Act of Parliament under the Penalties mentioned
in the said Act.

The following Report of the Committee appointed to examine and audit
from time to time the Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County as well
with respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures and also to Examine and Audit
all Demands of what nature or kind soever made on this County previous to the
Payment thereof being laid before the Court Vizt.
