for that purpose.
First Floor.
The Stone Gallerys not to be Executed; the Entrance to the Cells
to be made from the Keepers Passage.
Second Floor.
The Stone Gallerys not to be Executed & the Buildings mark'd
A & C, to be discontinued-see Ground Plan.
The Engine Houses to be on a levell with the Second Floor to
convey Water into Reservoirs in the lower Roofs from thence to be
conveyed by Hand Pumps into the Appartments which are to remain
on this Floor
The Appartments in the center part of the Building from South to
North on this Floor to be transpos'd for the convenient Access to the
Chapel
for the Females which is on this Floor.
Two of the Angular Buildings on this Floor may be converted
into Infirmaries.
