At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at
the Session House for the said County (by adjournment) on
Thursday the Thirteenth day of January in the Thirty first

The following Report of the Committee appointed for inspecting
the Accommodation provided for the Vagrants in the Custody of Mr
Adams the Contractor was laid before the Court read in the following
Words vizt.

Your Committee Report, That in pursuance of an Order
made at the last Session Your Committee met and received the
Accommodation provided for the Vagrants in the Custody of Mr. Adams
the Contractor when they found the only places provided for their
reception were a small Room of about 12 Feet by 9 about 4 Feet.
