And It is further Ordered That The Petition of the
said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. mentioned in the said Report be referred to a Committee
and that

William Mainwaring< no role >
William Bleamire< no role >
John Croft< no role >
Thomas Parker< no role >
Thomas Gorden< no role >
Jacob Leroux< no role >
and
Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqrs.
or any other of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County or any
Three or more of them be and they are hereby appointed a Commee to Consider the
allegations Contained in the said Petition and that they do report their
Opinion thereon and also all such other Circumstances relative to the
passing of Vagrants as they may think proper. And That the said
committee do meet for the first time at this place on Tuesday the 8th. day
of November Instant at Eleven o'Clock precisely and afterwards meet
and adjourn at pleasure.

And it is further Ordered That it be referred
to the said Committee to take into Consideration the Report of the
Committee of Magistrates of the Counties of Chester & Lancaster.

And it is further Ordered That it be
referred to the said Committee to examine the Claim of the County
for a fair Contribution to the County Rate from the district in this
County called the Tower Royalty and to report their Proceedings and
Opinion thereon to the Court.

And it is also further Ordered that it be referred
to the said Committee to examine and inquire into the Debts due to this
County from the several Counties in this Kingdom on Account of the
Militia

By adjournment same day
It having been represented to the Court that the abutment of the old
Bridge at Chertsey in this County obstructs the Towing Paths and may
occasion the Bridge to be damaged.
