Commee to carry into
Execution the resolutns.

Respect to the House of
Correction and the Govr.
thereof}

Resolved that it be referred to the Committee
appointed to carry into immediate and effectual Execution the
Repair of New Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell to carry the
Reductions made this day respecting the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell and the Governour thereof into Execution and that the
said Committee do meet for the first time at this place on Monday
the 10th. day of March next at Eleven O'Clock in the forenoon precisely
and afterwards meet and adjourn at pleasure.

Reference to the Prison
Committee to considr what
above the prisoners in
House of Correction .
shall be employed in}

Resolved that it be referred to the said Committee
to consider what Labour Convicts and other Persons confined in the
House of Correction at Clerkenwell shall be employed in and when
the said Committee have considered the same that they do Report
their Opinion thereof to the Court:

The Reverend Sir George Booth< no role > Baronet and Joseph
Faikeny Enquire to whom it was referred at the last Session of the
Peace held for this County to enquire into the Cause of Complaint
made by the New River Company respecting the Waste of Water
at New Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell Reported that they
had not been able to settle the matter of Complaint with the
Proprietors of the said Company And George Byng< no role > Esquire
one of the Justices presents obligingly undertook to wait upon the
Proprietors of the New River company concerning the same.

The design of a Screen

Columns of the Court

be carried into execute}

The Consideration of a Design or Plan for a Screen
constructed of Cast Iron and Glazed, to be placed between the
Columns in the Court which had been laid before this Court.
by Mr. Rogers the Surveyor being now entered upon A
Motion was made that the said Design or Plan be carried
into Execution upon the Shew of hands there appeared for the
Motion 7 against it 9. Whereupon it was declared to be carried
in the Negative
