Esquires and such other Gentlemen in
the Commission of the peace for this County who may chuse to attend or any
three of them as a Committee to inquire into the Method of Conveying
Vagrants out of the County of Middlesex
and to consider and report their
opinion whether the present or any other plan for conveying Vagrants out of the
said County may best answer the publick purpose and be most beneficial
to the County And it is further ordered that the said Committee do meet on
Saturday next the 23d. day of April Instant at ten of the Clock in the
forenoon at Hicks Hall and that the Beadler Headboroughs and Constables of
the respective Parishes in this County are hereby required to attend the said
Committee when where and as ofter as the said Committee shall require
and the said Committee are hereby empowered to meet and adjourn at
and to such time and places as they in their discretion shall think proper
The deputy Clerk of the peace having informed the Court of the ill
state and condition of the Books containing the General Orders of Sessions
with respect to their wanting Binding and many loose leaves fastning and
that there are no index to them It is ordered that the deputy Clerk of the peace
do make proper index's to the said Order Books and procure them to be
Newly bound
It is ordered that a proper Number of printed orders of Court
made on the 22d. day of April 1772. for the prevention of the disorders committed
at Bow fair otherwise Green Goose fair and at the Assembly or fair held
near the In oculation hospital in Cold berth fields
be posted up in Conspicu-
-ous places near the Parts where the said fairs are usually held
Whereas it hath been Represented to this Court that Mr. John

one of the Chief Constables of the Hundred of Edmonton is now
Confined in the Kings Bench Prison and thereby rendred incaple
of Executing the said office It is Ordered that John Hughes< no role >
