the same is just and right It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John
Higgs Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of twenty four pounds
eight shillings and three pence unto the said Mr. Wallis in full of his
said demand whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient
Discharge to the said Treasurer
for such payment.

High Constable
for near three years And that the Petitioner has paid
and discharged all County Rates to the Treasurer of this County And
that the petitioner has Business that will present his Attendance
in the said Office And the Petitioner therefore humbly prayed this
Court to discharge him from the said Office This Court being satisfied of
the truth of the premisses doth appoint
