Order for Mr. Higgs
Trearer to pay 2.2.4
to Mr. Richard Williams< no role >
for Work done at Hicks
Hall.

A Bill of Mr. Richard Williams< no role > for Glaziers Work done at Hicks Hall
in this County accounting to the Sum of two pounds two shillings and four pence
being produced before this Court and it appearing by Writing under the hands
of Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and George Greene< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County that they have examined the said Bill
It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do pay the said Sum of two pounds two shillings and four pence unto the
said Mr. Williams in full of his said demand whose Receipt together will
this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for
such for such payment.

By Adjourment on Thursday the Seventh Day of December 1759

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of this County Do pay unto Mr. Henry Wallbanck< no role > the Sum of
one pound three Shillings and four pence for the
Maintenance of Vagrants And that the Receipt of the
said Mr. Wallbanck together with this Order shall be a
Sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.
