By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer to
pay £0.12s.0d to Mr. Ann Rayner< no role >
for Plumbers Work done at the
House of Corr & New Prison .

Two Bills of Mrs. Ann Rayner< no role > having been produced before this Court for Plumbers
Work by her done at House of Correction & New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County
amounting to the Sum of [..] Twelve shillings [..] And it
appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hand of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr.
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that the Prices in the said
Bills are reasonable It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay the said Sum of [..] Twelve shillings [..] unto
the said Ann Rayner< no role > in full of her said Bills whose Receipts together with this
Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay 9.18.11 to Mr. Robert
Allen for Painters Work done
atHicks Hall New Prison &
the House of Correction .

A Bill of Mr. Robert Allen< no role > Painter having been produced before this Court for Work
done by him at the House of Correction Hicks hall and at New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County amounting to
the sum of nine pounds eighteen shillings and eleven pence And it appearing unto this
Court by Writing under the Hand of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his Matys.
Justices of the Peace for the said County that the Prices in the said Bill are
reasonable It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay the said Sum of nine pounds eighteen shillings and eleven pence
unto the said Robert Allen< no role > in full of his said Bill whose Receipt together with this
Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer to
pay 10s. to Mr. Robert Strete< no role >
and his Wife in full for the
Alterations & Additions made
in the Little Parlour at Hicks
Hall

Whereas at the last General Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by
adjournment on Thursday the fourth day of December last It was referred unto
George Errington< no role > George Greene< no role > and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . three of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County to consider what might be a
reasonable Sum to be allowed to Susanna< no role > the Wife of Robert Strete< no role > as a
Recompence for the Alterations and Additions which had been made to the
Little Parlour adjoining to the Kitchen at Hicks Hall by Thomas Northcote< no role >
deceased formerly Husband of the said Susanna and Housekeeper at Hicks
Hall aforesaid And whereas it appears unto this Court by a Report in
Writing under the Hands of the said three Justices of the Peace that they had
carefully viewed and examined the Alterations and Additions aforesaid and upon due
Deliberation had thereon were of Opinion that the Sum of ten pounds was a
reasonable Satisfaction for the same It is therefore Ordered by this Court
that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of Ten
pounds out of the County Rents unto the said Robert Strete< no role > and Susanna in
full of all demands on account of the Alterations and Additions aforesaid And that
the Receipt of the said Robert Strete< no role > and Susanna together with this Order shall
be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment

By adjournmt. on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756

Rayner for Plumbers Work
done at Hicks Hall .

A Bill of Mrs. Ann Rayner< no role > Plumber having been produced before this Court for Work
done by her at Hicks Hall in this County amounting to the Sum of One pound Two shillings
and nine pence And it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hand of Boulton.
Mainwaring Esqr . one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that the
Prices in the said Bill are reasonable It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Trearer of this County do pay the said Sum of One pound Two shillings and nine pence
unto the sd. Ann Rayner< no role > in full of [..] sd. Bill whose Receipt together [..] this Order
shall be a sufficient discharge to the sd. Treasurer for
