Order for Mr. Higgs Trear
to pay £4.3s.6d. to Mrs. John

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay
unto Mr. John Daniell Deputy Cryer of this Court the Sum of Four pounds three
shillings and six pence allowed to him by this Court for his trouble and pains in posting
up in divers places in this County a great many printed Copys of the Orders of
Sessions made for the Suppressing of unlawfull Fairs and Disorders in Moorfields
and for delivering the Freeholders Warrants to the several High Constables in the
said County And that the Receipt of the said John Daniell< no role > together with this
Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

The Orders for payment of money to Edward Umfreville< no role > Esqrs . and George Grew< no role >
Esqr . Coroners for the County of Middx. are entred order among the
Orders of December Sessions by mistake instead of this Sessions

By adjournment on Thursday the twenty third day of October 1755.

Inquisitions.

A List of Inquisitions having been produced and laid before this Court by Robert Jackson< no role >
Gent Coroner for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx. therein
mentioning the same to be taken on view of dead Bodies in the said Liberty since the tenth day
of December One thousand seven hundred and fifty four and chargeable on the said County
pursuant to an Act of Parliament made in the twenty fifth year of the reign of King
George the second which List begins on the thirteenth day of December aforesaid and ends on
the twenty fifth day of August last therein mentioning the dead Bodies, viewed to be thirty four
in Number and that there is due to the said Coroner the Sum thirty four pounds eight
shillings and three pence for his Coroners Fee and for the Number of Miles by him
travelled on Account of taking the said Inquisitions And it appearing unto this Court
by Writing under the Hands of Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Francis Bedwell< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that they have examined
the said List and that there is due to the said Coroner the aforesaid Sum of thirty four
pounds eight shillings and three pence It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that
Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of thirty four pounds
eight shillings and three pence unto the said Coroner in full of his said Demand whose
Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer
for such payment.

It is Ordered by this Court that all Petitions for Licence to keep
Houses for publick Entertainment be annually lodged on the first or
second days of every October Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this
County and no such Petition be received in this Court after the second day
of every such Sessions
