for the said Prison}

Information being given unto this Court By Mr. Wm.
Pentlow Keeper of New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County that he hath
disbursed the Sum of Fourty Shillings for the New River Water for the said
Prison of which he prays a Reimbursment This Court being satisfyed
of the Truth thereof Doth Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer of the County
do Reimburse and pay the said Sum of Forty Shillings to the said William
Pentlow whose Receipt together with this Order shall be Sufficient
Discharge to the said Trearer for such Payment.

Gent.}

Whereas William Stacey< no role > the Elder of Isleworth in the
County of Middx was in October Session last appointed High Constable
within the hundred of Isleworth in the same County in the Place
Stead of John Singer< no role > Gent . but hath not yet taken his Oath of Office, And
it appearing to this Court that the said William Stacey< no role > is a very Infirm
Person and not fit to execute the said Office of High Constable, This
Court doth thereupon appoint Robert Walcott< no role > Gent . Inhabiting within
the said Hundred to be High Constable of the said Hundred of Isleworth
And doth thereupon Order that the said Robert Walcott< no role > after do forth
with(after Notice to him given of this Order) attend one of his Majesty< no role >
Justices of the Peace of the said County residing in or near the said
Hundred & forthwith take his Oath before such Justice of the Peace
for his due execution of the Office of High Constable of the Hundd.
of Isleworth aforesaid, and from and after the Time of his having
takenhis Oathsuch Oath, the said John Singer< no role > is to stand abso-
lutely discharged from being High Constable of the said Hundd.

Sessions of the Peace to be Holden for the said County

appoint Edward Hawkings of Stanes Tanner to be high Constable within
the Hundred of Spelthorne in the Stead of Richard Saunders< no role > and doth Order
that the said Edward Hawkins< no role > do forthwith attend John Goodchild< no role > Esqrs.
one of his said Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County residing
in or near the said Hundred and take his Oath for his Due
Execution of the Office of High Constable within the said
