a Justice of the Peace of this County for several Irregularity
alledged to have been committed by him in Relation to
his Office of Justice of the Peace and for drawing
Affidavits to support the said Representation and
Attendances and for Moneys by himdisbursed by the
said Mr. Higgs concerning the premisses which
Bill amounts in the whole to the Sum of Eight Pounds
Six Shillings and Eleven Pence, And the said Committee
declaring their Opinion that the said Sum should be
Allowed and paid to him in full of his said Demand.
It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that the said sum
of Eight Pounds Six Shillings and Eleven Pence be
by him retained to his own Use in satisfaction of the
said Demand out of the Money in his Hands as
Treasurer And that the said Sum be allowed
upon his Account.

By Adjornment on Thursday the 20th. Day of February 1752 .

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recommended and
referred to his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County herein after

Edwards Charles< no role > Gould Merry< no role > Teshmaker Henry Norris< no role > George
Errington Edmund Byron Richard Ricards< no role > Philip Dyot< no role > Peter Elers< no role >
Thomas Jervis< no role > John Dekewer Boulton Mainwaring William Withers< no role >
Richard Chamberlayne< no role > Hammond Crosse< no role > and John Lawton< no role > Esquire
and such other Justices of the Peace of the said County as well please
to be present or any three or morre of them as a Committee to meet
together at Hicks Hall in St. John Street on Thursday the twenty
Sixth Day of March next at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to
inspect and audite the Accounts of Mr John Higgs< no role > touching the
Moneys by him recieved a Treasurer of his County and at his
disburements out of the same and also to inspect his Amount
of what sum and sums of Money he hath received and of whom
for the Rents of the Estate belonging to this County and how the
same or any Part thereof hath been disposed of and to
report a State of the said respective to the Court of the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace for the said County
on the County Day of the sames Session.
