assembled at this present General Session of the Peace holden for
the Said County Do Continue and Elect Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . to
be Chairman of the General Quarter and General Sessions of the
Peace to be holden for the Same County between Lady day 1748
and Michaelmas then next ensuing.

Upon Report made unto this Court by John Poulson< no role > , Samuel
Tatem, Philip Dyot< no role > , Thomas Moore< no role > and William Withers< no role > Esqrs.
being a Quorum of the Committee of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the
Peace of this County in this behalf appointed by an Order of
Sessions of the fourteenth Day of January last, that they have
perused and inspected the Account of Mr. Thomas Wilkinson< no role > of
Moneys by him disbursed concerning Publick Matters relating
to this County, And that it appeared to them that the Said Mr.
Wilkinson had disbursed and paid for printing Advertisements
and other Affairs the Sum of two Pounds twelve Shillings and
Six Pence which they are of opinion ought to be paid to the Said
Mr. Wilkinson This Court doth confirm the Said Report, And doth
Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the Said
Sum of two Pounds twelve Shillings and Six Pence unto the Said
Thomas Wilkinson< no role > in fill Satisfaction of the Moneys due to him
upon his Said Account, And that his Receipt together with this
Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for
Such payment.
