Report of the Committee.

We whose Hands are hereunto Subscribed being a Quorum of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace appointed by the Order abovementioned have
inspected the Bill of Mr. Wilder Clerk to the Justices to whom the
Care of the distempered Cattle is committed which amounted to the
Sum of £46.10s.9d. And we have thought fit upon perusing the Same to allow him the Sum
of £39.19s.1d. if this Court Shall think proper, All which we humbly
Submit Etc. Dated this 12th. Day of January 1747.

Report of the Committee.

Wee being a Quorum of the Committee within mentioned have
inspected the Account of the Inspectors concerning the distempered
Cattle, and find that the Sum of £22.15s.0d. is due to each of the
Inspectors mentioned in the Said Account (to wit) from the 15th
Day of October 1747 exclusive to the 14th. of January 1747
inclusive being Ninety one Days at five Shillings a Day,
And that the Sums due to the Said Inspectors respectively as
mentioned in the Said Account do amount together to the Sum of
Ninety one Pounds, And we are of opinion that the respective
Sums of £22.15s. mentioned in the Said Account ought to be paid to
the Said respective Inspectors, And wee have also inspected the
the Account of Mr. John Higgs< no role > in a Matter against William Coombes< no role >
John Taylor< no role > , William Stanley< no role > ,Knight , John Deakins< no role >
and James Waines< no role > for encourageing promoting and contriving
divers Hoseraces to be run in White Conduit Field where Riots
Tumults and unlawful Assemblies of 10000 Persons were met to
disturb the Peace against the Statute, Which Bill amounts in the
whole to the Sum of One Pound fifteen Shillings and ten Pence,
And wee are of opinion that the Same Should be paid to him,
All which wee Submitt Etc.
