By adjornment on Thursday the 15th. Day of October, 1747 .

Order for Mr. Higgs the
Tearer to pay £13.1s.10d.
to Mr. Jas Willder< no role > in full of
his demand for his attendance
or Comrs. appointed to take
care of the distempered
Cattle and for business
done Etc.}

It appearing to this Court by the Report of John Milner< no role > , Luke
Robinson and William Withers< no role > Esqrs . being a Quarum of a Committee
of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace appointed by anaOrder of
Sessions of the tenth day of September last, that they have
pursuant to the Said Order inspected the Bill or Account of Mr.
James Willder< no role > for his Attendance Since Lady day last upon the
Gentlemen appointed by Order of the Lords of his Majesty< no role > 's Privy
Council to take care of the distempered Cattle in this County as their
Clerk and for doing all the Business relating thereto, the total
of which Bill is computed to amount to the Sum of £30.6s.2d. And
that Several Sums therein Charged amounting together to £2.4s.4d.
ought to be disallowed which being deducted out of the Said £36.6s.2d.
reduceth the Same to £34.1s.10d. which Sum the Said Justices are of
opinion is the whole Money that is fit and reasonable to be allowed
and paid to the Said James Willder< no role > upon his Said Account for the
Matters therein mentioned, And that it appearing to them that
Mr. Higgs the Treasurer hath paid the Sum of twenty Guineas to
the Said Mr. Willder upon account and in part of the Moneys
which was to be allowed upon histheSaid Bill, there is remaining due
thereupon to the Said Mr. Willder the Sum of thirteen Pounds one
Shilling and ten pence, which Sum this Court doth order the Said
Treasurer to pay to the Said James Willder< no role > in full of his Said
Demand, whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a
Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the 15th. Day of October, 1747.

Trearer of Middx to pay [..] .to
Mr. John Wilkins< no role > Paviour
for repairing & keeping in
repair the Pavement of
Brentford Bridge for
one year ending at
Michas 1747.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of the County
of Middx . do pay unto Mr. John Wilkins< no role > Paviour the Sum of Nine Pounds
for one years allowance payable to him by vertue of his Articles of
Agreement for amending & repairing and keeping in repair the Pavement
of a Publick Bridge called Brentford Bridge in the Said County for
one year, to wit, from Michas 1746 to Michas One thousand Seven
hundred and forty Seven, And that the Receipt of the said John
Wilkins together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to
the Said Treasurer for Such payment.
