Interludes Plays or Drolls and other Persons who Shall Act Exhibit
or Show any Such Interludes Plays or Drolls or play at or
encourage or procure any unlawful Game to be played at in any
Playhouse Booth< no role > Shed or other Place in Such part of Moorfields as
is in Finsbury Division aforesaid, And that the said Petty Constables
and Headboroughs as Assistants to the Said High Constable do carry
all and every Person or Persons So offending before one or more of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the Said County to the End they
may be punished according to Law, And for the more effectually
Suppressing the Grievances aforesaid, it is hereby recommended unto
his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for this County residing in Finsbury
Division aforesaid or any two or more of them to meet together at
Such Place or Places in or near to Moorfields aforesaid or any two
or more of them to meet together at Such Place or Places
and at
Such Time or Times as they Shall in this behalf appoint in order
to proceed against Such Offenders as Shall be brought before
them by the Said High Constable and other Peace Officers according
to Law, And the Said High Constable and other Peace Officers
are required to be aiding and assisting to the Said Justices of the
Peace and to observe their Orders and Directions for the more
effectual Suppressing and preventing the Abuses aforesaid, And
in Case any part of Moorfields doth extend and lie in any other
Division and that any Such Disorders or Abuses as aforesaid
Shall be there committed, it is in Such Case recommended to the
Justices of the Peace residing in Finsbury Division or any two
or more of them to desire the Justices of the Peace in Such other
Division to call to their Assistance the High Constable and
other Peace officers in that Division and to proceed to Suppress
the Said Disorders and Abuses in the like manner as the Justices
of the Peace of Finsbury Division are desired to do.
