By adjornment on Thursday the 14th. Day of January, 1747 .

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
of Middx to pay £39.19s.1d.
to Mr. James Wilder< no role > Clerk to
the Justices to whom the Care
of the distempered Cattle is
committed.}

Upon Report made unto this Court by John Milner< no role > , Richard
Ricards and Philip Dyot< no role > Esqrs . being a Quorum of the Committee
of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of this County in this behalf
appointed by an Order of Sessions of the tenth Day of December
last, That they have inspected the Bill of Mr. James Willder< no role >
Clerk to the Justices to whom the Care of the distempered Cattle
is committed for his Service and Disbursements which amounted
to the Sum of £46.10s.9d. And that they have thought fit upon
perusing the Same to allow him the Sum of thirty nine Pounds
Nineteen Shillings and one Penny if this Court Shall think
proper, Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John
Higgs Treasurer of this County Do in Case he now hath Sufficient
Money or assoon after as he Shall have Sufficient Money
in his hands for this Purpose pay unto the Said James Wilder< no role > the Said
Sum of thirty Nine Pounds Nineteen Shillings and one Penny
in full of his Said Bill, whose Receipt together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such
payment.

By adjornment on Tuesday the 19th. Day of January, 1747.

Order for Mr. Higgs the

Inspectors concerning the
distempered Cattle.}

Upon Report made unto this Court by Richard Ricards< no role > ,
Philip Dyot< no role > , Walter Berry< no role > & Merry Teshmaker< no role > Esqrs . being a
Quorum of the Committee of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
of this County in this behalf appointed by an Order of Sessions of
the tenth Day of December last, that they have inspected the
Account of the Inspectors concerning the distempered Cattle, And
find that the Sum of £22.15s. apiece is due to the Inspectors Joseph
Walker, Edward Tomkins< no role > , Thomas Lane< no role > and John Westbrook< no role >
mentioned in the Said Account (to wit) from the fifteenth Day of
October 1747 exclusive to the 14th. of January 1747 inclusive
being Ninety one Days at five Shillings a Day, which Sums of
