Order concerning the
conveying of Vagrants
committed to the House of
Correction to the Peace of
their last legal Settlement.}
It is Ordered by this Court that after the time (for which any Rogue
Vagabond or Vagrant Committed or to be Committed by any Justice of
the Peace of this County to the House of Correction
ay Clerkenwell
pursuant
to the late Act of Parliament in Such Case made is expired, That it
be recommended to every Such Justice of the Peace by whom any Such
Rogue Vagabond on Vagrant is or Shall be Committed as aforesaid to
cause Such Rogue Vagabond or Vagrant by a Pass under Hand and
Seal to be conveyed to the Peace of his or her last legal Settlement,
But Such Justices of the Peace is first to take an Examination in
Writing upon Oath of the Parish or Place where he or She was
last legally Settled.

Marsh in the Parish of

as Sell Beer
Ale Brandy & by Retail
without License.}
Upon the humble Petition of
John Lazenby< no role >
exhibited unto this
Court complaining that Several People keep disorderly houses and
retail Spiritous and other Liquors at a Place called Bagnall's Marsh
als Blackmarys Hole
in the Parish of St. Pancras
in this County
without Licence, and praying that the Said People may be intirely
Suppressed, It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recommended unto his Majestys Justices of the Peace
of this County
residing or Acting in Holborn Division
in the Said County or any
two or more of them to meet together at the Queens head Tavern
in Great Queen Street
on Saturday the thirteenth
Day of June instant at ten of the Clock in the forenoon and at
Such other times as they Shall appoint in order to convict Such
Persons inhabiting at Bagnall's Marsh
aforesaid as Sell Beer Ale
Brandy or other distilled Spiritous Liquors by Retail without
being lawfully licensed So to do.
