Mr. Walter doe pay the Sum of one hundred pounds unto the Said
Richard Jupp< no role > in part of the moneys due to him for the work &
materials aforesaid, And that his receipt together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient discharge, to the Said Mr. Walter for Such
payment, And the Said Committee is desired (after the Said work
Shall be compleated & finished) to take a view thereof, and See
if the Same is well & Sufficiently done & performed, And to
make their further Report to the Court of the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County on the County day
of the Same Sessions.

County and of his disbursements out of the Same be made up
& laid before the Court of the next General Quarter Sessions of
the peace for this County on the County day of the Same Sessions.

proper Vouchers for the
Same on the first day of
the next Quarter Sessions}

Whereas Henry Barker< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of the peace
of this County transmitted to the Court of the last General Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden for the Said County in the Month of October
last his Account touching the moneys therein mentioned to have
been by him received as Treasurer of the Bridge money by vertice
of a Rate made for raiseing of moneys for repaire of the publick
Bridges of this County, and of his disbursements out of the Same,
And the Said Mr. Barker was by an Order made at the Same Sessions
desired to be present at this present General Sessions of the peace for
this County on this fifth day of December instant in relation to his
Said Account and the moneys Standing out and in arreare upon
the Said Rate, But the Said Mr. Barker not being now present at this
Sessions And It being requisite that the Vouchers for his disbursements
Should be produced before the Court, And that an account may be
given to the Court of the next Quarter Sessions if any more
Bridge money Shall in the mean time come to his hands and of
what moneys Shall be then Standing out and in arreare upon the
Said Rate and from what parishes & places in this County And it being
