The prison under the
Lord of the Liberty and
Manor of Stepney in
the County of Middx } ss:

A Table of Fees to be taken by the Goaler or Keeper of the
said prison for any prisoner or prisoner's committment
or comeing into Goal or Chamber Rent there or discharge
from thence in any Civil Action Settled & Established the
twenty Second day December Anno Dm 1729 And in the third
Year of the Reigne of his Majesty< no role > King George the Second
pursuant to a late Act of parliament, Intituled, An Act for the
releif of Debtors with respect to the imprisonment of their
persons (vizt.)

To the Cheif Bailiff & Keeper of the said prison upon the
discharge of every prisoner comitted in any Civil Accon or
Accons by Virtue of any process or Execution issueing out of
any of his Maties. Courts at Westminster } £0..6s..8d

To the cheif Bailiff & Keeper for the use of Chamber Bed, Bedding
and Sheets for each prisoner that chooseth to goe on the Master's
Side if provided by the Goaler at the prisoner's request for the first Night} £0..0s..6d

For every Night after the first Night£0..0s..3d

If two in a Bed two pence each£0..0s..4d

Noe Fee to be taken for the use of a Chamber bed bedding or
Sheets on the Comon Side, Nor any other Fee for the use of a
Chamber, Bed, Bedding or Sheets on the Master Side or upon
the Comittment or discharge of any prisoner in any Civil
Accon or Accons than what is above mentioned.
