return him thanks for his Care in relation to the
Matters by him transacted as aforesaid But upon
Consideration now had of that part of the said recited
Order for paying incident Charges for Orders and
Warrants and delivering the Same to raise the
Moneys assessed by the said Rate This Court is of
Opinion that such Charges ought not at any time
to be allowed And doth thereupon Order that noe
such Charges be for the future allowed in respect
of any other Moneys to be received by Vertue of
any Rate or Rates to be made in pursuance of
an Order of this Court for raiseing of Money on
Account of any Robbery or Robberys comitted in
this County And that noe such Clause or expression
as aforesaid be part of any future Order of the
Court to be made for that purpose And as to the
said Sume of Twenty pounds Seventeen Shillings
and one penny remaining in the hands of the said
Mr. Fuller upon the Ballance of his said Account
It is Ordered by this Court that the said Mr.
Fuller be and he is hereby desired to pay the
same unto the said Mr. Cotesworth the Generall
Treasurer of this County to be applyed as the
Court of Generall Quarter or Generall Sessions
of the Peace for this County shall Order and direct
for or towards Reimburseing any Person or
Persons on whom any Money shall be levyed
on Account of any Robbery or Robberys which
may be committed within the said Hundred of
Ossulston , And that the Receipt of the said Mr.
Cotesworth together with this Order shall
be a sufficient Discharge to the said Mr.
Fuller for such payment,
