It is Ordered by this Court that

Clerk of the Peace
of this County doe out of the Colt
Money by him received for the Use of the Justices of
the Peace of the said County repay unto Mr. Samuel
Benson the Sume of Two Pounds by him
disbursed over and above the Sume of Four
Pounds and Eighteen Shillings allowed for the
Wages of the said Justices of Peace
and Clerk
of the Peace, for providing a Dinner and Wine
Etc for the Justices of the Peace
of this County
this day assembled at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace begunn and holden at
Westminster hall
in and for this County, the
Sherriff
of this County not having this day
provided a Dinner for them, as hath been
heretofore accustomed by his Predecessors on
the first day of Easter Sessions and alsoe of Michas
Sessions yearly begunn and holden for this
County at Westminster hall
aforesaid, And that
the Receipt of the said Mr. Benson together with
this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to
the said Clerk of the Peace
for such payment,
