Originall returnable the first return of Easter Terme
next to oblige the said Inhabitants to appear to the
said Actions, It is Ordered by this Court that Peter
Walter Esquire Clerk of the Peace of this County doe
give direction to an Attorney of the said Court to
enter an Appearance for the said Inhabitants in
the said respective Actions at the return of the said
process, And that the said Clerk of the Peace doe
endeavour to Inform himselfe of the Nature of
the Case, And report a State thereof as he finds it,
unto this Court at the next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this County
To the end it may be considered whither it may
be proper or adviseable for the Hundred to
make a defence in the said Actions and to Stand
Tryall therein, or to Suffer Judgment therein
to be obtained by default;

Whereas by an Order made at the Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for this
County by adjornment on Thursday the Sixth day
of July one thousand seven hundred and Twenty
seven It was recomended and referred unto John
Fuller and William Cotesworth< no role > Esquires Justices of
the Peace for this County to make a Rate upon
the severall Parishes and Places in the respective
Divisions within the Hundred of Ossulston in the
said County for raiseing of the Sume of One hundred
Pounds to reimburse Daniel Waite of the Parish
of St. Sepulchre within the said Hundred of
Ossulston in this County Esquire the Sume of Seventy
Pounds levyed on him by the Sheriff of Middlesex
by vertue of a Writt of Fieri facias Issued
forth on a Judgment of obtained by Robert
