Which respective Sumes Soe Ordered to be paid
amount in the whole to Twenty Pounds and are
to be in full Satisfaction of all Moneys allowed
to the Said late Constables respectively for their
trouble and expences in passing and relieving of
Vagrants And that their respective Receipts together
with this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge
to the Said Treasure for Such respective payments,

Presentment
of the Grand Jury

The Grand Jury for the County of Middlesex
haveing this day presented to this Court of
Generall Sessions of the Peace holden for the
Same County, that a printed paper Entitled
Mists Weekly Journal Numb. 175 Saturday
August 24. 1728, is a false infamous,
Scandalous, Seditions and treasonable Libel
tending to Scandalize and vilyfy his most Excellent
Majesties Secred Person Family and Government
and to reproach the Person and Memory of his
late Majesty King George the first as in the
said Presentment is more particularly expressed,
It is Ordered by this Court that the Said
presentment be forthwith printed and
published in one or more of the Publick
News Papers,
