from thenceforth pay his Arrears of Rent & accrewing
Yearly Rent of Six Shillings and Eight pence by him
payable for and in respect of Hick's Hall aforesaid unto
the said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > untill further Order of the Court
of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this County
to the contrary, Now to the Intent that the Cleare
Annual Rents of the Premisses (over and above What
hath or shall be paid thereout by the said Thomas
Wilkinson for Fireing for the Dineing Rooms at
Hicks Hall , and Fees for Venison presented or to be
Presented to the Justices of the Peace of this County
assembled in Sessions or such other usual payments
as shall be made by Order of Court, may be applyed
for Refunding and paying back to the said Treasurers
Such Moneys as have been Borrowed of them for
the purposes aforesaid It is Ordered by this Court
that the said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > doe from time to time
pay over the Severall Sumes of Money to be by
him received for or on Account of the Rents of the said
Premisses or any part thereof (The Payments above
Specifyed being first deducted) into William Cotesworth< no role >
Esquire one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for
this County and Generall Treasurer of the said County
Subject to the said Order of the Ninth day of July one
thousand Seven hundred and twenty Four, and to such
Further Order or Orders as the Court of Generall
or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this County
Shall make for paying over the same or any part
thereof to any other Treasurer or Treasurers, And
that the Receipt and Receipts of the said William
Cotesworth together with this present Order shall
be a Sufficient Discharge and Discharges to
the said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > for such Payments,
