Whereas by an Order made at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by
adjornment on Thursday the Ninth day of July in
the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and
twenty four It was Ordered that the clear Annuall
Rents of the Estate belonging to this County to be
thereafter received Should be applyed for Refunding
and Paying back to the said Treasurers such Moneys as
had been or should be Borrowed of them for the purposes
aforesaid And Whereas by an order madeby the Court of
Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for this County
by adornment on Friday the Nineteenth day of January
one then sand Seven hundred and twenty Seven, It was (inter
al) ordered that James Baynham< no role > Tennant of a Messuage
and Garden called the Mulberry Garden with the Appartences
in the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell in this County part of
the Estate belonging to this County, And also that John Bellers< no role >
John Hopes< no role > Daniel Vandewall< no role > John Baker< no role > John Constantine< no role >
Jacob Hagen< no role > Robert Frame and Robert Emerson< no role >
Tennants of Part of the Corporation Work house at
Clerkenwell in the Same Parish and of the Buildings
and Appartenances thereunto belonging other part of
the Estate belonging to this County Should from thenceforth
respectively pay their respective Arreares of Rent and
accrewing Rents which then were or should or might
thereafter become due and payable from them or any of
them for and in respect of the said respective Estates
from time to time as the same should become due and
Payable unto Thomas Wilkinson< no role > Gentleman Clerk to Peter
Walter
< no role > Esquire Clerk of the Peace of this County untill
further Order of the Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of
the Peace for this County to the contrary, And that Christopher
Seymour Gentleman
< no role > House Keeper of the Sessions House
called Hicks Hall in this County and Cryer of the Generall
and Quarter Sessions of the Parish of the said County should
