deliver their opinions relateing to Us & your Proceedings
which would be of great Use to Us to know that we may
regulate ourselves accordingly And if some of our
Number were Put into that Comicon If would give
them an opportunity of informing Us from time to
time of the opinions of the Judges And therby prevent
our transgressing those Rules which now we have
noe means of being acquainted with.

That the business of the old Baily may meet with
delays for want of a sufficient number to make a
Court, which would be an Inconvenience to his
Maties. Subjects, who are obliged to attend & Prosecute
their several Indictmts. against Offenders aswell
as sometimes an hardship Upon the Prisoners.

That some of the Justices of the Peace for this
County were formerly (and till lately) put into
the said Comicon of Goal Delivery, the
discontinuance of which we apprehend to be the
Cause of the ill treatmts. & bad accommodation we
have of late years met with.

That as we have not been wanting in our
respective Stacons to Use our Utmost diligence and
endeavours in the Service of his Matis. and his
Governmt. And have already done & shall
continue to doe all that is in our Power to
establish the Reputacon of our Comicon Soe wee
hope that the Comicon shall have the same
countenance & Encouragemt. If formerly enjoyed
in the time of our Predecessors And we beg leave
to assure your Lordship that whatever authority
any of Us shall be further entrusted with shall be
always applyed & exerted for the Safety of his
Maties. Person & Governmt. And for the Preservacon
of Publick Peace & tranquility wthin this County.

All which we humbly represent
And submitt to your Lordships
great Wisdom & Justice.

Octr. ye 13th.1718.
