Clerke to Thomas Rand< no role > Esqr . one other of his Maties. Justices
of the Peace for the said County doe attend this Court
on Wednesday the ninth day of July instant at two of the
Clock in the afternoon to show cause why they should
not forthwith pay unto Mr. Robert Hardisty< no role > Deputy
Clerke of the Peace of this County the respective sumes
of money reced by them the said William Coles< no role > &
Gabriel Leekey< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. as Clerkes Fees at the severall times
appointed for renewall of Victuallers licences for
Finsbury Division in this County for the year one
thousand seven hundred & eighteen, and why
the said moneys should not be equally devided
between the aforesaid Clerkes & the Clerkes of John
Perry Richard Browne< no role > Isaac Fillard< no role > and John
Crosbie
< no role > Esqrs . four other of his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the said County or such respective
Persons as they shall appoint.

It is ordered by this Court that William Cole< no role > Gentl
Clerke to John Fuller< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for this County doe attend this Court on
Thursday the tenth day of July instant at two of the
Clock in the afternoon of the same day to answer for
his Contempt in not Paying into Mr. Robert Hardisty< no role >
Deputy Clerke of the Peace of this County the
money by him reced as Clerkes fees at the severall
times appointed for reversall of Victuallers licences
for Finsbury Division in this Country for the year
one thousand seven hundred & eighteen, Pursuant
to an Order made at the last Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by
adjornmt. on the twenty second day of April
last Past.
